The surface obtained after stripping the formworks is smooth and does not require plastering – only thin plasters or normal leveling are used. The thick ribbing of the frames prevents deformation of the plywood due to concrete pressure. The entire steel structure has a systematic arrangement of many holes, which very conveniently ,quickly, and above all, securely allow you to connect various elements of the system together with additional elements, such as supports for the working platform or standard supports.
Reliable connection of elements is obtained by the means of a multifunctional (universal) shuttering board, developed by our engineers, which joins the plates together, connects the corners and posts, and also collects the plates with the elements to compensate the dimensions of the walls (so-called wooden or steel complementary inserts) up to 15cm.
It also fulfills the role of the leveling element and stiffening the formwork. The integrated grips in the frame ribbing enable strong and convenient gripping of the elements and easy handling. It is also possible to quickly change the formwork (through dimensional repeatability of the walls) and move the entire MIDI BOX formwork (using an area up to 30m2) with the help of transport hooks and a crane without having to disconnect.
The quality of materials used and diligence guarantee durability and long life of the elements. The plate frame is made of closed profiles made of high-quality steel, and its anti-corrosion protection is achieved by hot-dip galvanizing. The cover is made out of multi-layer waterproof plywood coated on both sides with a resin coating. It guarantees high quality of concrete surface and very long life of formwork surfaces.
